    Umm... care to elaborate. I understand your device is on EDGE, that's what the E means but what are you referring to when you're talking about EE, London and Canada.

    From my understanding, it's EGPRS or EDGE.
    A 2G+ like signal.

    If your phone was not bought from your provider and you have not seen 3G/4G/LTE coverage, it could mean your phone does not have the proper radio frequencies for the faster connections.

    If you were using EE Network, EE would appear in place of Smart Buddy. Like it does with my Screen shot.
