    Hi all, I'm new to the forum as I'm new to a Blackberry, a Storm in fact on Vodaphone, I have a problem trying to set up my e-mail on the phone using my home ISP to forward any e-mails, when I try to set it up it tells me that my pin number is already allocated to another account, I can't find this in the phone to delete it and start again, can anyone help please?

    Your PIN is specific to your device. The error implies someone else owned\used the phone before you did and that RIM already have records for that PIN\device.

    Where did you get the phone from? If second hand then you';; find many people with posts about contacting your carrier and the person you brought it from to get RIM to release the PIN for you.

    If you brought it new then you need contact Vodafone.
