Dear group: I am a new user and I am not getting all my e-mails. Could someone tell me why. The messages show up on my computer but I am not getting all them on my blackberry 8330? help....

You must be more specific...have you set up your BIS account in order to receive email? Do you have a data plan? Were you receiving them and then it stopped?
I do have a plan to get e-mail and I get some but not all e-mails.
For example, I downloaded a few ringtones from crackberry and they came across, but now I just get the message on my computer that I have downloaded/e-mailed a new ringtone and nothing shows up on my phone..
How long is the delay so far? Sometimes purcahsed ringtones can lag. The ones that were successful, were they OTA (over the air, straight from the blackberry browser) or were you on your PC and emailed to yourself?
