    Hello all,

    All of a sudden I am not receiving my email on my Blackberry. I was able to send one, but when I sent one to myself it would not come through to the blackberry device. I have the device configured to an internet Yahoo account and was working fine before. Also, I cannot seem to connect to the net, it just keeps going and nothing comes up. Would this be a service book problem? And if so, how do I resend them? I have a Verizon 8330.

    That sure does sound like a service book problem

    On your home screen, there is icon for Email Setup. Use that to log on to your carriers BIS account. One of the choices is Send Service Books.

    You should see a confirmation for each of your accounts. If there is a problem with one account, that will help to track it down.
