DId someone know about problems with the 8707 devcies, we are faing issues where only on those devices the e-mails are being deleted every 2 days we have also other devcies like 8700,8800,8300 and they are not having problems, also we replaced those devices couple of times with the same bevhaviour.
I bellive it is memory issue as well however when we receive the device it has 29m free space and we keep 30 days messages in the e-mail, some of the users are also using it as phone but some not we have 5 8707 devices and they are the only ones that face this issue, we talked to RIM and they said it isnt server issue as the e-mails not being deleted from the outlook as well so we talk to the carrier (orange BTW) and they replaced the devices but the problem still occur.
i dont know why it is only on the 8707 devices we have from Orange the only differents is they are 3G devices could it be related ?
