I have a 9360 that I could see dust under the screen especially in the sunlight. I've tried vacuuming it out but it didn't help much, I then tried placing the phone in a plastic baggy and sealing the vacuum hose around it, therefore keeping all the vacuums force contained around the phone. While this didn't work 100% it did make a noticeable improvement.

Just remember to be care full and to have the battery disconnected and the cover open so that the vacuum gets to the phones internals. Also watch that if your vacuum hose is metal that it doesn't scratch your phone.

I had dust under my screen on my Torch 9800... I think the only way is to remove the screen and wipe the dust

To get it all your right. This is just a quick easy fix that you can try in a couple of minutes. The baggy seems to make the difference.

    * Quick update even though the vacuum got a lot out the bits left behind drove me nuts so I disassembled it and got it all!
    Sweet Relief!
