Just noticed a recent trend on my carrier and i'm wondering if anyone has come across similar, and if there is a fix. For about 10 days, on a particular carrier (MTN Nigeria) a whole bunch of dual band phones are experiencing an outage of sorts, they all can't access the BIS service, regular GSM models work fine. Has any one experienced this before? is there a work-around?
