I'm finally enjoying my Dtek50 except for the battery. No matter what settings I use, or what CB suggestions I have tried, I always have to charge it in the middle of the day. My Z30 lasts twice as long. The Dtek50 battery reminds me of my Z10.

I have read many posts about battery life in the Dtek50 and Dtek60, but I am asking something specific.

Does anyone have BOTH phones, set up the same way, same apps, same usage, who can post an honest comparison of battery life? Is the 60 significantly better than the 50 under the same conditions?

I'm considering upgrading from the 50 to the 60 in a few months, but I'm not sure it is worth it unless the battery is an upgrade too.

Also, is the 60 much bigger? The 50 is already big for me. I would love the KEYone, but I now have too much arthritis in my thumbs. (probably due to overuse of my 9000 for years. LOL).

The dtek. 50 is 5.2 the 60 is 5.5 the battery on the 50. Is 2610 on the 60 is 3000...so it its bigger the battery is bigger but with the dislpay on the 60 not sure if battery would be a lot better

I realize that the 60 battery is bigger, but I wonder how much longer it lasts in real life.

No, not better. In this case she has more juice left than me because I was playing clash quite a bit. Either way, we both always have plenty of battery left at the end of the day. If we unplug at 10am, we're both usually above 40% around 8pm.
