Hello,

I've noticed during the last week that I am all of a sudden receiving the same messages from one of my email accounts (gmail) by the dozen even after I delete them. I'll check my inbox on the handheld and all of a sudden there will be 15 of the same message reappearing. Any ideas? I've seen several posts on "duplicate" messages but nothing about having dozens of the same message. I'm with Verizon but am roaming in Canada at the moment. Perhaps Verizon is trying to squeeze a few extra bucks out of me by sending me all these messages over and over again

go to setup>email settings and login

Remove your email address and logout.

At this point I did a battery pull for good measure!

login again and re add your email address.

In the last week I had over 450 emails come in and thats what I did to stop it. If you plan to try and claim money back from Verizon then get a few screen pics of the duplicate emails with "capture it" http://m.thetechmogul.com/
