I'm trying to transfer a ringtone from PC to Storm using the BB Desktop Manager but the Media Manager is not highlighted and therefore I can't click on it. What have I done wrong? Please help.

Are you sure the Media Manager is installed? Also you can just turn on "Mass Storage Mode" and drag and drop it to the ringtone folder

Go to the blackberry website and re-download the DM file that has the Roxio Media Manager software.
