You can enable mass storage mode on the device and then drag and drop them to your computer.

There are two memory stores involved. If you have a media card installed, it is simply a matter of plugging it in.
If your pictures are in Device memory, you will need Roxio Media Manager installed on your computer, or email to yourself at the computer.
