Just tried to buy some songs from BlackBerry World, but I'm getting an error. Payment went through alright because I have an email confirming the purchase.

Just an FYI, the screen shot failed to attach.

As for the error, I have no idea what the error may be.

Downloading music from 7digital failed.
Getting music for user[awmusicuser109210322]country[GB]Error code [9001]

I get errors all the time as well. I just keep refreshing and they eventually work. Sometimes I just leave it for a while and then come back and I can download. Not sure if it is a traffic thing or if they only allow for a certain number of connections per song when downloading or what. I do have to say that it is very frustrating.

Not that this anything to do with your problem but the music is actually my major beef with my Z10. Here is a list of my beefs:
1) It would be great to be able to only look at new releases (I can do this on my PB, why can't I do it on my Z10).
2) It appears that albums are available on my PB before I can get them on my Z10. I find this odd because I think it is 7-Digital that provides all the music for BB.
3) With my Bold 9900 anything that I downloaded to my PB, I could download to my Bold for free. Why can't I do this with my Z10 (maybe you can and I just haven't figured out)?

I buy and listen to a lot of music so it is a bit of a bummer but if this is my biggest issue with a brand new device and OS I think I can live with it until it is fixed. Not a show stopper by any means, just something I hope they address in the future.
