I recently merged my old outlook (from another company) with a new email address and outlook ended up making separate destinations for both my previous account and new one (I now have a "backup" contacts list and a "backup" to do list, etc.)
When I connected my new Blackberry 8830 world (i have exchange/BB enterprise server), my blackberry took in all of the above and now I have doubles of everything.
I've already merged all of the information within Outlook so that their is only one destination/folder for each app. This has nto translated to my BB.
