I know about all Sent Items appearing on my BB for gmail and I find it handy for mails sent on my pc - I get a record of it on my BB. However when I send from my BB I get TWO copies of the sent mail - the local bb copy and the one gmail sends. Any way to only get 1 in this case?

Nobody? Darn, I didn't think so...
I've always had really bad luck with gmail and duplicate everythings on the bb. This even caused me to change to a new email to use for my bb!

I've never gotten two back. I wonder if one is a delivery\send confirmation?? I have both disabled on mine. Just trying to think of something out of the norm for you on this one.
edit* more thoughts....did you setup an IMAP\sent items folder on gmail?? I didn't.
I must be dense. I read your post again and I don't see how it's a different issue. Sorry for my misunderstanding.
