I have owned both the monza and the zed10 and the Zed10 blows the monza out of the water. It isn't even a competition as the Zed10 is way out of the league. I dunno which one you had but the torch 9860 I used couldn't compare mind you once I used some hybrids it did bring the phone back to a new level. But I'm loving my zed10 each and every day. its a monster its on a whole notha leval mad tv

Don't buy a z10 if you are living in UAE because 1) you won't get BBM video / audio calls!2) There is no video/audio chatting apps 3) FaceFlow isn't available on iOS and android (and its a crappy app) 4) I'm a big legacy Fan and a loyal BB user but lack of apps is annoying!

You have every right to be disappointed. Even with their stated disclaimers about not being able to control the time table of app delivery, advertising with Skype was at the very least slightly underhanded.

You might have gotten a more favorable response on this forum if your post had been an expression of the difficulties that you are having rather than a proclamation "Don't buy Z10". But then it's equally likely that without a controversial headline you would have gotten no response.

No , you cant skype at Canada, US,UK too. Nothing is wrong with him in UAE.
