    Could be a lot of stuff.

    I suggest taking it out, putting it back in making sure it's not loose and then having the Z10 format the SD.

    I agree, could be lot of stuff.. trying putting a different SIM and see how it go's? Has this SIM ever worked in ur Z10 or is this a new one ?

    It's a new replacement for my old one and its done it since day one. They are sending me another. They said it was probably a factory defect. Thanks
