Ok I have desidded to download the new 4.5 46 version, now I looked on the desktop manager and can't find it. Does anybody know how to find it and download it?

Sorry if this has been posted. I have tried lookin and nothin i find says so.

You download the .exe file... and then install it to your PC. (it will appear in the Add/Remove panel in Control Panel)

Then delete the vendor.xml... open Desktop Manager and run AppLoader, sit back and relax for an hour... done!!

*EDIT* : Vendor.xml is in this directory : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

I was not aware that this was around for the 8700. If you have it, good luck but if you do not have a version specific to the 8700 then it won't install even if you do delete Vendor.xml

Make Sure To Delete Vendor File!!!
