you mean the film thats on it when you buy it new? i take that think off right way. it'll come off anyway, because its not meant to stay on there..:)
You can try a screen protector to replace that original film.....

Ya I think I kept mine on my devices for like 2-3 weeks then it finally fell off.:)
I take mine off as soon as its out of the box, but there was a guy on the 8900 forum that kept his on for around two months?!?
I had a customer come in one time that still had his on after like 5 months. He put a case on over it.
The people at the store usually take it off when if I activate a phone there. Other I do right away.

I keep mine on till the corner start coming up. My girlfriend hates it. Usually she will attempt to rip it off when I'm not looking. She hasn't had much luck, due to the phone always being near me.

My stores do. We used to leave them on, but we had a customer come back witha cracked screen on a phone saying it was cracked when he got it. It wasn't, but he still had that little piece on it and he argued about it, so now we take the piece off in order to inspect that there are no scratches underneath.
I would still have mine on if verizon didn't take it off when I got my phone I leave mine on as long as I can it does help
I take mine off immediately... I don't know why but its just like an automatic response to take off the lcd film when I get a new phone, reminds me of a wrapper you take off before playing with your new toy haha :-)

I leave mine on until it starts to fall off by itself. My theory is if it isn't harming the functioning of the device, there is no need to remove it right away.

I always take those things off immediately and put on a real
screen protector. That film was not designed to provide long
term protection.
i work at best buy mobile, so when i bought my blackberry i got a zagg invisible shield for like 3 bucks with my discount! zagg is the best one out there IMHO
i dont i took it off and bought the screen protectors from verizon for $10 they protect the screen better to me!!
I saw a thread on protectors and I might get a Clarivue. I found a blog with a 10 % off coupon.

I always take mine off straight away.
I know people that try and leave them on as long as possible, but thats just silly
It always comes off when I unbox the phone
i left it on for about a week. now i have nothing on it. :(
they should come with screen protectors right on, i hate trying to put mine on with no bubbles >=[
I take mine off as soon as the phone gets into my hands. I can't stand those being on there. My boyfriend still has his on his gps that he got for christmas in 07 and refuses to take it off. It drives me nuts.

I always take those off whenever i get a new phone. It's like furniture with plastic on.. I tried putting a screen protector on mine, but no luck, always kept getting air bubbles in them.
I kept it on for 3 days! Then I ordered an InvisibleShield and peeled it off!
