I have acquired an bb 8100 which used to be vodafone but is now unlocked and i'm using o2. When trying to set up my email in the setup wizard i do not have the option to create a new email account or add existing email. The only options i have are to "use a work email with bb enterprise server or setup at alater time.
Really stuck and no one seems to know what the problem is.
You will not get the option to set up a personal email on the device unless you have a BlackBerry Data Plan properly set up on the account. You need to contact your carrier to get the proper data plan set up.
