Ever since I put a media card into my BB my whole computer including DM is no longer recognizing my BB.
Tried the whole battery, rebooting deal. That didn't seem to help any. I did notice that get the electrical cord icon on my BB so it knows something is there. The connection type in DM is listed as USB.
Here are the correct Media Card settings. Do yours match these?

Media Card Support: On
Encryption Mode: your choice
Mass Storage Mode Support: On
Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected: Prompt
If you remove the Media Card, does the computer resume recognizing the BlackBerry? Are you connecting the BlackBerry to a networked PC with multiple network drives mapped?
