Hello, im a newbie and had many problems using desktop manager 4.7 so i switched back to 4.6. Im quite happy with it just a few questions. How do i untick "delete all application data" and "erase all currently installed applications" since the tick box is greyed out. Basically i sell blackberries and just need to add few preffered languages via add/remove applications on the phone and dont need to backup or delete data since it is time consuming. Any help will be appreciated.
