I just got an 8310 replacement for my 8300. When I try to use the Switch Device Wizard it all seems to be going smoothly until the "Transfering data" part. It installs the apps from my old BB to the new one, but for some reason won't transfer my settings, contacts etc. It stays on "Connecting to Device" and moves VEEEERRRRYYY slow. After the wizard fails im unable to connect my 8310 to the desktop manager. I've tried reinstalling etc. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
