Free RM50 calls and sms (approx USD17) because I'm a Digi ambassador.

All in all I pay about USD20 per month including taxes. Quite good since it's unlimited data (plus tethering).

No a huge cell phone user. I Skype or playbook almost all my family, so don't use the phone, landline or cell, that often. So I use a pay as you go plan with Petro Canada.

With the ulimited internet feature there is no tethering, but i simply bridge my playbook and use it. Works great.
