I was in the car with my two girls the other day listening to Kids Stuff on Sirius and the promo to call in to request your favorite song comes on. My 5 year old the asks, "Daddy can we call Kids Stuff?" Trying to be the cool dad (for once) I thought and said, "Sure". I then grabbed my BB and went to dial the number...1-877-33-SIRIUS. No, wait a minute. I can't tell what numbers match the letters on my BB keyboard. Needless to say I had to disappoint my girls and told them we'd try to call another time.

Does anyone know if there's a way to do this without calling someone else to figure it out for you or looking at a standard phone pad?

    Thanks for you help,

Just dial the letters by holding the ALT key and pressing the actual letter you wish to appear.
The BlackBerry will translate the text into the correct DTMF tone when you hit the send button to make the call.
