I think I've found a connection between the device temp and random rebooting. It seems that when my phone is in my pocket and I'm outside in hot weather my phone is prone to rebooting.
It was doing it this afternoon. I took the battery out for a few minutes and let everything cool down before putting it back. Then I moved the phone to my shirt pocket and haven't seen a reboot for the rest of the day.
The phone was hot due to body heat not heavy use.
Am I on to something here or am I barking up the wrong tree?
Anyway, I'm going to switch to a holster for a while and see if there is any long term difference.
