    Hi folks,
I just got myself an Ebay'd old school 9250 and am on a 7-11 pay-as-you-go plan. I have added an unlimited web browsing option to the plan but when I make attempts to browse I get a message saying "Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries." When I go to advanced options and 'service books' there are none listed. I am not so sure what to do. I called my service provider but they are not interested in helping as I have taken out the sim card in the phone that came with the plan and placed it into my 9250. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

7-11 Mobile Service probably doesn't even have BIS, so that might be why your device isn't working.

Yep, you need to have a BLACKBERRY Data Plan (not a generic internet plan) in order to get access to BlackBerry data features on a BlackBerry.

The "unlimited web browsing" on the "7-11 plan" is unlikely to support this.
