Hi,

I have 2 emails set up on my 8310 (curve):

1. BIS - Gmail
2. @rogers.blackberry.net account

I can only get attachments on the 2nd account which is forwarded from the POP account and not on the 1st one (Gmail - redirected from the desktop using Desktop Redirector).

Any ideas?

You should get them on both accounts, really.

Make sure you have Attachment Services at Options, Advanced, Applications.

Resend Service Books if you need.

I have the Blackberry Attachment Service 4.2.2 (I even resent the service books just in case).

I can only open the attachment if it arrives through the BB account.

If I get an email with an attachment that I cant open (since it came through the desktop redirector) - i forward it to my BB email, and then I can open it.

So its not that i dont get the attachments, i just dont have the option to open it.

I read in other forums, that the desktop redirector doesnt allow to open attachments??

any more ideas?
