Why when I have an email either on my computer or phone and I delete the email it only removes the email from one device. Can I make it so when I delete an email from my computer it deletes it from my phone or if I delete an email from my phone it deletes it from my computer. please help. Thank you.

Where "on your computer" are you deleting the email?

If you are talking about an email client such as Outlook, POP3 email doesn't sync with Outlook on a BIS.

Yes, it will delete the message off the server if you choose mailbox and handheld. So if you use an internet based email like yahoo it will delete.
