    When I attempt to delete email it asks me if I want to delete on BB, Inbox or both.

    How do I change it so it just deletes it without asking?

    Open that email, menu > options > email reconciliation > "delete on" and set to what you want.

    I had done that before and I thought thats how it was done. But now, when I open Email reconciliation, there are no options...the screen is blank.
