How can I delete the yellow pages and ATT Navigator on my bold? I tried going to options---->Applications but they do not show up!

You don't. They are both pushed via your service books. Even if
you delete them they will return when you reset or resend your
service books.
Best thing to do is create a folder called "trash" or something, move
the icons to it and then hide the folder. Out of site, out of mind.

Won't help. As an AT&T user I can assure that those icons are permanent.
The move to folder and hide folder is the best option.
