while i was installing a program from app store the device cracked and i removed the battery then put it again so the device lost was lost completely < now i want to know if i can restore the lost memos and phone numbers and also all installed programs that i installed using bb app store or just forget it forever , and if possible how can i do this ???
and if not possible how can i set up a new software to my device????

Your saying that the device froze during a download and when you powered it back on ALL your data and apps were gone? Or did the device wipe itself clean and you were presented with a clean device as if it just came out of the box?
