    My Blackberry Pearl 8230 has shut down! Battery is good, and I even tried a second battery. No results! Is there any way to get this phone on? I need my phone numbers!!!!!!!

    Have you tried leaving the charger on? Call customer service, your device has a 1 year warranty.
