hey everyone,
I just got my first blackberry yesterday and I am planning on getting a data plan but I don't want something excessive...I mainly wanted this phone for easier texting since I'm addicted to it and because it has a GSP system. I assume access to the internet is required to use the GSP so I wanted to know what sort of data I should go for...
I usually use my laptop to use the internet, but I wouldn't mind using the BB internet a few days out of the week. What is the 500MB data like? Helppp thanks

500 Mb of data is more then enough for BlackBerry.

Last year, Rogers was offering the same plan with 1.5 Mb, just bairly enough to make it useful, but not enough for heavy Browsing or media streaming. Going over cost $10 Mb. The equivent data would have cost nearly $5000.

Good choice, Fido is Rogers without the System Access Fees.
