    Do you use DM.. I think when and if you do, when you set it up, you checked the BES option while setting it up, delete DM and reinstall.

    Don't use desktop manger never had. Was setting up the wifes new bold yesterday before the service providers BB plan was fully activated and bes was the only option for email but I didn't set it up that way. We are on the same account do you think that might have caused the errant message to my phone?
