Obvious?

Well...its obvious that there are two camps:

1. The "fickle" BlackBerry user who at the merest hint that a BBM message isnt sending rants and raves and declares they are moving to a sheepPhone
2. The dedicated BlackBerry user who are perfectly happy with their phone, or are willing to put up with the quirky nature of our phones because, after all, the alternatives dont seem very appealing.

I personally just thought that it was a little too soon after the Outage for RIM to be sending out a customer satisfaction questionnaire!
