Last night I had my BB on vibrate and missed a call from my boss. Not good!!!

This morning I have tried to set up a custom setting so that if he calls no matter the profile it over rides it and rings when he calls, but it doesn't seem to be working.

Here is what I have done:

Profiles>Advanced then create a new exception for his name. So in the profile for vibrate it states.......use active profile except for: Important calls (unchecked), wife (checked), boss (checked)

It still vibrates when my wife and my boss call.

Any ideas how to over ride the Vibrate for boss?
