    what's a solid blue light mean?

    googling suggests something about bluetooth, but i have it turned off.

    i might've gotten it wet, so might that be its way of complaining about a hardware failure?

    The Bluetooth setting is a flashing blue light. Not solid.

    Other than that it could be a problem with an LED app that you have loaded for different colours with different emails/contacts.

    What model phone is it?
