Which of these phones do you think would be better? Which can support newest and most software. I'm new to bb and just wondering which of these phones to buy used. Thanks for the help.
If you don't need the world roaming capabilities of the 8830 I'd recommend getting the 8330 for the following reasons:
1) 8330 has 1.5 times more memory than the 8830 (96MB vs. 64MB).
2) 8330 has a camera (and video camera in OS 4.5), 8830 doesn't.
3) 8330 has a better keyboard, IMO. The 8830 KB keys are bigger, but that makes double key presses easier than the 8330 KB which has keys that are more spaced apart.
