HI MY BB CURVE 8520 WAS WORKING PERFECTLY UNTIL EARLIER WHEN I WENT TO SEND A TXT AND A CLOCK CAME UP THEN IT WAS MARKED WITH A RED "X" THEN WHEN I TRIED TO CALL OUT IT SAID "CALL FAILED".NO ONE IS BEEN ABLE TO CALL ME AND I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO RECIEVE ANY TXTS SINCE. I AM STILL ABLE TO USE BBM AND FACEBOOK ECT.

What did the carrier say when you called them? Is your service active? Did you pay your bill?

they said something to with the phone. yea paid bill it pay as you go.

Is the radio turned on? Go to manage connections and make sure that it's on.
