I wonder if the free single-user BES includes this tool. Perhaps it could be used to make the "blank" policy you need.

ITPolicy.exe is the main (but not all) part of the ITPolicy suite of files. C_X sent me the file I asked for but it need something else - rats.

CrackIT IS A DEAD PROGRAM until I get a new version of Policy.bin.
