Does this site work as smoothly posting and responding on an actual blackberry? I'm getting ready to take the plunge and ditchmy Iphone for a Curve tomorrow.

Works pretty well. Not perfect, but very well. Worse thing is havong to refresh when u post. A minor hicup easily forgotten.

Assumed u meant wap. If u want full u may want to use opera mini. But to me the wap is just as functional for reading and posting to thteads.

    1) When you submit a post, the text will remain in the "Add Reply" box. If you aren't paying attention, you'll think it didn't post and send it again. The cure is to refresh after you send. Most of us have double-posted one time or another. It's no big deal.
    2) You can't see the date/time of previous posts in WAP. So you may see a first post that's a year old in the case where somebody's adding a question or comment to an older thread. That can be confusing, when you see something like $99 4GB cards being discussed as bargains.
    3) You can't see the other poster's device info in WAP.

With those caveats in mind, it's a great tool.

If you use Opera Mini, you shouldn't have the refresh issues and if so, minimal.

For me I use Opera Mini in the mobile view. Looks so much better and much easier to navigate than the wap site on the native browser. Also its so much faster to load for me using OM than wap on native browser.

I have noticed that, and wondered why it did that. How do you refresh?

To refresh, just press "r" while your cursor is NOT in the add reply text box.

Funny cause when I first got the WAP launcher I never had to refresh, then next minute I am reading posts about it and it happened to me as well.
