How do I copy all my address book entries from my phone to my SIM card on a 7290? Thanks.

go to your Address Book and copy each record one by one, to the SIM card. No other way.
According to what your end use is, you could sync your data to Outlook or an ASCII file to import to your next device. If you moving to another BB, you should use the Switch Device Wizard within Desktop Manager.
How do you copy? I don't see that option.
