Does anyone know of an application that displays a clock the full screen of an 8320 blackberry?
Would this do:
Vorino Software Inc. - BlackBerry Clock / Screensaver
such a nice program but not worth 8 dollars just to luxuriously view time.. :[
any one know of a third party app, that will display a clock when the phone is on the charging doc or just pluged into the usb charger.
Cool program but like des, don't know if it's worth 8 bucks.
yeah... i don't know if i'd spend $8 on it... but it's cool.
Nice.
What's with all you cheapskates who are gonna go broke over $8? LOL.
I'm down at the pool reading my email and don't feel like running into the house to get my wallet and my Curve to do the download. But I'm going to get this tomorrow. I love the idea.
What I will particularly find useful is the hourly chime capability. I've been looking for something that does that.
Thanks Naviwilliams. I always love your posts.
Cheapskate? Pffft.
I wanna see YOU purchase it! :]
Come on over. We can sit out at the pool and download all night.
Well afterall, we ARE both in So Cal (hmmmm) and I used to be a teacher too!
LOL.
Yeah right, all talk! Give me your address & I'll be right over, lol.
You wouldn't purchase the big clock even if Flavor Flav paid you to do so!
1.) I'm in Palm Springs tonight. What time can you get away? I've had a crush on you for awhile. LOL.
2.) I'm serious about the clock. I think it's a good idea.
3.) Who/what in the world is Flavor Flav?
1. I just blushed. Plus, I'm in HB. That's a 2 hour drive! Sorry!
2. Then buy the clock! Stop being such a cheapskate!
3. http://electricpulp.com/blog/wp-cont...07/01/flav.jpg You don't know FLAVOR FLAAAAAV!
I TOLD you that I'm sitting out at the pool and that my wallet and Curve are inside the house and I don't feel like running into get them and that I'd do it tomorrow. Shhhhhesh. LOL.
I'm not a cheapskate. Actually more of a spendthrift if I have to tell the truth.
And on Flavor Flav, is that the guy on the TV GUide station? EEEwwwww. I can't stand to watch that.
Fine fine FINE.
You aren't a cheapskate. You just call everyone else one, lol :]
And whatever... Flavor Flav is a quality man that I'd love to get with.
...
...
...
Only kidding.
What a relief! I was worried about the fate of our Orange County youth there for a minute.
Well, I'm not staying in CA for very long. I've had my west coast fix and plus, the midwest needs me.
Or so I hope.
LOL you guys are hilarious!!!
Thanks for the link.
BEWARE
This software is NOT compatible with the T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve. I wasted several hours today going through the motions to try and get this app on my phone only to find out in the end that the program is NOT compatible with my T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve. Of course they don't tell you that until you waste all your time and finally get an error message.
Please be very careful with your time and money and avoid this porduct.
Cheapskate.
Kidding. I'm sorry this didn't work out for you. :[
Don't get jealous Jazzee, I have a huge crush on you too.
Wirelessforever, why do you figure that the clock is incompatible with your Curve? Did you contact support or try to process a refund?
Owners of the 8320, 8310 and some other models may get the message "No additional applications designed for your device were found" with the App Loader, but this is likely an issue with your Desktop Manager, which requires an updated OS image. RIM describes the problem and resolution here.
You do have the option to load the clock OTA.
Also, on rare occasions, some users will have incorrect application permission defaults on their device, but those can easily be changed.
Cheers,
wow 8bucks eh
I got a citizen nighthawk watch. Its very nice looking, but not very functional. Maybe I will have my seiko polished up and rock that one again.
Hmmmmmm
$8 for a clock on my phone? I don't think so

Wow! I just realized how inappropriate this thread would have been if the OP spelled the subject line "Clock - Big" incorrectly!
