Just saw a news story about uninformed people paying too much for medicine at pharmacies. It?s something like wasting 40 Billion a year if I remember correctly.

I believe this applies to many things in life. People can't research everything before buying, so we go with what we know and trust that we can go with what is perceived as a good brand to get a quality product.

Mt girlfriend is from Vietnam and I sometimes have a hard time convincing her that a generic brand of medicine is the same exact thing. Other products can be the exact opposite, the brand name is better and you pay more.
