I'm planning to upgrade from Z10 to Z30, and i'm worried if I can transfer my COC village to the new phone or not, since I cant save it on my Google+ account. Is there a way to do this?

You can backup with Link and restore to your new device provided you use the same BlackBerry ID.

Specifically, you can perform a selective restore of both the CoC app and the "blackberry runtime" component.

I have successfully transferred my CoC village over from my Z30 to my Passport using link and before that from my Z10 to my Z30. Just make sure you make a full backup and restore using the same BlackBerry ID.

Use BlackBerry Link to do a full backup. I have restored to a BlackBerry 10 device multiple times

NOTE. Both devices need to be on the same OS version. I tried for ****s and giggles backing up COC from my z30 and restoring on q5 but did not work because 10.3.1 is not out for q5 as far as I know

I tried this on my Z10 and it didn't work for me either. But I think I used an autoloader upgrade so if it has the be the same OS that explains where I went wrong!

I have a fully maxed out TH8 village of Clash of Clans as well as being the leader to a very active clan (Avacyns house). I downloaded COC onto my Z10 using Snap. Last week my Z10 stopped working. Not only did I loose my village, but my clan could not move forward without a leader. I searched high and low and couldn't come up with anything, just like some of you may be doing right now.
Out of pure desperation, I decided to contact COC. I googled "lost COC" and the linked that came up (provided below) was for supercell game support. The site told me that if I downloaded the app correctly (android or apple) I could start an in-game chat with a tech person, and they could help me. I told them I was using a Black Berry (which they don't like) and after answering a few questions he gave me a link to my village.
I was so relieved, and needed to share this with Black Berry users. The only downside is I had to get an android tablet to play it on.
