    Not that I'm aware of... Wi-Fi, but that is not actually provided by BlackBerry or RIM, it's provided by whoever is supporting the Wi-Fi Hotspot you are located in... Sorry

    You can't use bb messenger without a data plan and the 8310 does not have wifi only ones ending in xx20
