Well a lot of z10s were unsold so would not surprise me if some Chinese manufacturer bought a lot of them for peanuts took the internals and screen out and repackaged that in their own case + ran android on sold as their high end phone, used the z10 chasis put cheap internals in with even 3.5 screen and sold that as a cheap bbut stylish device also running android.
