That tends to be ALL corporate-like management entities !

Including management at the CalgaryPublicLibrary !! Look at CanadaPost the pres. receives a annual bonus of at least a mill' for what ... laying off frontline staff, increasing postage costs, eliminating front dr delivery oh yeah !

Front-line tend to be fine, it is just their 'out-of-touch' overseers from up top that usually cause the probs' and dysfunctionality (sp?) !

Maybe we need somebody at the Top to address these problems actually No maybe about it !Election is on now but of the 3 who will do Anything (can think of one maybe ?) The only good thing about the CBC is Peter Mansbridge excellent broadcaster .
