I have about 80 personal contacts and about 1500 business contacts and when I sync my storm with my outlook it put all contacts as one. I am now trying t put my personal contacts in the personal catagory, but I have to do it one by one and it is time consuming. Is the a way to do it faster?
With only 80 contacts to change, it may be just as fast to do it one-by-one as you are, but you could do it this way, if there is something common to all your personal contacts:
1) export your contacts to Excel.
2) sort by the common element, so all the personal contacts are arranged sequentially.
3) Use fill down to change the Category to Personal.
4) Import the contacts back into Outlook.
