    Pls can anyone tell me why my bb wont upgrade to the update available ? once it downloads the 1st part it stops at 30MB of 71MB (41%) and never moves again . then it would say "Unable to connect to the update server"

    You must have a fast wifi or a LTE connection inorder to finish the update..

    My one Telus Z30 received the update on Wednesday.. the other keeps saying there is no update available....this makes no sense to me.
